Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential clients to introduce and explain our IT security and cybersecurity services.
Clearly and effectively communicate the benefits of services such as VAPT, Zero-Day Vulnerability Management, Data Leakage Protection, and more.
Schedule appointments for the sales team with interested clients for further discussion.
Identify and generate leads by researching and understanding client needs.
Maintain regular follow-up with clients to nurture relationships and convert leads into sales.
Update and manage client information and call details in the CRM system.
Qualifications:
Strong communication skills with a persuasive ability.
Basic understanding of IT security and cybersecurity products (training will be provided).
Freshers are welcome; previous telemarketing experience is a plus.
Comfortable with making cold calls and engaging with clients over the phone.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Compensation:
Commission-Based Earnings: Earn a competitive commission on every successful lead conversion.
New Client Acquisition: Earn 10-15% of the total contract value for the first year of a new client’s contract.
Renewals & Upsells: Earn 5-10% of the contract value for renewals and additional services provided to existing clients.
